A Day of Community Support and Connection
Today was a meaningful day for Zonta Club of Greater Dhaka. In collaboration with 55 KodomTola, BSKA (Bangladesh Street Kids Aid), and local volunteers from Korail, we distributed kitchen kits to 14 families in need.
Our team had the joy of spending time with the children—many of whom volunteer at KodomTola and are talented skaters performing at the Banani Puja Mandap Field and various ramps around Banani. Hearing their stories, learning about their challenges, and seeing how many of them have returned to school through underprivileged education programs was truly inspiring.
Their excitement as we shared Zonta’s mission and vision was heart-warming, met with cheerful claps and bright smiles.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to:

We extend heartfelt gratitude to:
- Mr. Mahmud Rahman, founder of 55 KodomTola, for his unwavering dedication
- Ms. Jasmine, for generously opening her home to the 14 families and supporting them
- Corresponding Secretary Sadra Siddiky and Ztn. Hasibul Huda, for joining us during the distribution at Korail’s Ershad Math
Giving back to society—especially to communities that need it most—brings purpose to our work. We encourage all our members to continue supporting underprivileged families and children.
