A wave of energy and hope swept through the Zonta Club of Greater Dhaka this quarter as we celebrated the first anniversary of our Z and Youth Club, a dynamic initiative aimed at engaging the next generation of leaders in the mission of Zonta International.
Launched in June 2024, the Z and Youth Club began with 14 passionate students dedicated to addressing issues affecting women and girls both locally and globally. Over the past year, these young change-makers have taken part in advocacy campaigns, service projects, and leadership development activities, embodying Zonta’s spirit of empowerment and service.
The anniversary event was a moment of pride and reflection. Members were presented with specially designed pins and sashes symbolizing their commitment and contributions. The celebration wasn’t just about looking back, it was a reaffirmation of the club’s ongoing mission to foster empathy, awareness, and action among youth.
