The Zonta Club of Greater Dhaka recently experienced a truly heartwarming day during our visit to the Baptist Mission Integrated School for the Visually Impaired. This meaningful engagement beautifully aligned with our core mission of empowering every child to dream big and believe in their unlimited potential.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with extraordinary performances by the students, who shared their talents through songs and poetry. One of the most touching moments came when students read passages from the Braille book we had sponsored, which tells the inspiring story of Florence Nightingale. Their confidence and skill in navigating the Braille text demonstrated the incredible impact of accessible educational materials.

In celebration of Rose Day, we presented yellow silk roses to the school community. The symbolism of these roses representing friendship, caring, and joy perfectly captured the spirit of our visit. We also distributed snacks and special goodie bags filled with toiletries for both students and staff, bringing smiles and creating moments of happiness throughout the school.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all Zonta members who participated in this visit, as well as those who supported our efforts from afar. Your encouragement and contributions make these meaningful connections possible. At Zonta Club of Greater Dhaka, we remain committed to building hope and nurturing dreams. This visit to Sporsho School reaffirms our dedication to creating inclusive spaces where every child can thrive, regardless of visual impairment or other challenges.
