The Zonta Club of Greater Dhaka has successfully installed two sanitary napkin vending machines at Bharateswari Homes, a significant step toward improving menstrual health and hygiene for young women. This initiative, made possible by a generous sponsor from the United States who shares Zonta’s vision for women’s health, also includes 200 prepaid cards to ensure dignified and easy access to menstrual products.
The installation was completed two weeks ago, and today marked the official inauguration ceremony. The event was attended by distinguished Zonta members, including:
